Situé dans le sud du 5ème quartier de Miami Beach, le Red bénéficie d'une décoration noire moderne qui intègre une touche exotique de Miami. Proposant uniquement les meilleurs pièces de bœuf Angus certifiées et raffinées sur l'os ou non, le menu a été imaginé par le chef Peter Vauthy. Il prépare des plats hybrides de la cuisine classique et des ingrédients frais de saison. Toutes les préparations, que ce soit des sauces jusqu'aux garnitures, sont cuisinées de A à Z et transformeront les plus fervents végétariens en carnivores voraces. Le bar dispose d'une sélection de plus de 500 vins, dont son propre mélange privé et des cocktails faits maison.
