Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in LAX / Westchester

We had a great experience Friday evening on 2/21/25. True Food kitchen appears to have had a change of management and staff (and for the better) since my past visits. The service from every server was friendly and professional , the food was hot and delicious and even the manager came to our table to see how we were doing. We both had the butternut squash soup and the grass fed burgers with salad (one kale and the other the regular side salad). I will definitely be going back.

A huge shoutout to Assistant General Manager Gina Blake, who went above and beyond to make our night exceptional. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel like VIPs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about every guest’s experience, and Gina does it effortlessly. Our server, Simone, was fantastic, ensuring our table was always taken care of with the perfect balance of attentiveness and charm. If you’re flying into LA, a local, or just passing through, Joey Manhattan Beach should be your “Cheers.” Whether you’re here for business, a girls’ night, or a casual upscale evening, this place delivers on every level. And of course, kudos to Executive Chef Ramie Arbid—the culinary artistry here is unmatched.

Love Tony and the entire staff at OP. They make work lunches a breeze and are always accommodating for my last minute changes. This staff truly is the best in the biz in BVh.

It was my fiancé and I first time here, the wait staff were amazing and very attentive. We waited very little time for our food after ordering. The food was amazing! We will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff for such a great experience!
