Soak up our friendly service and homely charm when nestled in this welcoming pub located in the heart of Stanpit village on Dorset's south coast. Here at the Ship in Distress, we are the perfect retreat to sit back, relax and indulge in our delicious food with the perfect drink in hand. We love our coastal location and our bar pays tribute to this with a fittingly traditional nautical theme! Dogs are welcome and we've got a large car park for visitors and plenty of seating space.     Please leave the side mural. I was expecting to see the front with a mural. Inside it is very inviting with a lot of space. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The menus were impressive with great food selections. Thank you to all.

    This is the 3rd time I have been to Enzee and it was superb. Great service and we had a really good meal. Would highly recommend.

    Very good service and comfortable seats. Drinks were reasonably priced fantastic view from the balcony over looking Bournemouth . All round a excellent place and night out

    Morning All, I just wanted to write a quick note to say how fantastic you all are, every one of you 😊 Our Christmas meal was the best so far since I’ve been at this company. Food, drink, service, quality, ambiance, security was all superb You are all superstars in my eyes and went over and above to make our evening really special.
