Enjoy a fine dining experience at Holbein's Restaurant. It's located in the Städel Art Museum with elegant décor that complements its setting. Holbein's Restaurant serves international cuisine created by head chef Patrick Grossmayer along with sushi from Kawano Hirofumi. Guests can indulge in delicate appetizers like beef tartare with dijon aioli and yellowfin tuna with cheese spinach. An entrée of pink-roasted veal, braised short ribs or filet mignon and prawns with ginger-spice froth with please the palate.
