The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan.     We had a great night, the only thing I would say was the music was so loud that we honestly just couldn’t hear one another speak. We were in the very back room and it was still too loud.

    Excellent service, we came with a baby in a pram and the staff were very accommodating. Service was attentive throughout our meal. The quality was excellent- the straciatella and kingfish crudo, fries with truffle sauce and salad were all delicious. We shared a rumbaba for dessert - as good as my parents made in the 70s! Great day out

    Just all round amazing! What stands out most is the customer service. Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful. There is an amazing view of the beach and it’s a relaxed atmosphere. Love the soba noodles with tuna, always my go to.

    The food is full of flavour and spice. Every bite was an absolute joy. The chef kindly made a GF Roti for one of our diners. Some different dishes on the menu too. The best Indian food I have tried. We will be back again and again.
