- DDiannaWashington, D.C. Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI made a reservation for me and my close friends (we served in the military together) and our spouses. We have been best friends for 30 years. So, getting together is a treasurable experience for us. Upon our arrival, I met with the hostess and she was exceptionally kind, caring, and supportive of our group and found us the perfect spot to enjoy our evening together. Fredy came right over to our table and introduced himself as our server. He took excellent care of us! He was attentive, informative, understanding, kind, fun, caring, and enjoyable to talk to. It was a busy Saturday evening, but we could not tell because Fredy made time to check on us and refilled our drinks regularly. I was so appreciative of Fredy's hospitality, I informed the owner. He will be our requested server from now on. We ordered drinks and appetizers of Ma Brown's Biscuits, Deviled Eggs, and Fried Calamari. We ordered dinners of Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Pork Chop, Roasted Chicken, Jerked Catfish, and Seafood Penne. Everything arrived timely and delicious. I had the Roasted Chicken and I enjoyed it! It was moist, seasoned well, and flavorful. All members of our party enjoyed their dishes. Valet parking was convenient and valet staff was friendly. The setting was perfect for our gathering and a positively, memorable one. It was elegant, classy, and charming. Georgia Brown's is at the top of our list of favorite places to visit, personally for my husband and I, as well as our best friend group. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Low Country)• Downtown•4.4

We enjoyed every morsel of food...even my 10 year old son enjoyed his steak and said it was delicious 😋! I also want to acknowledge LK, who was our server. He was great and so accommodating even though he was extremely busy. I really appreciated him taking care of us the way he did!More infoMastro's Steakhouse - DCPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Penn Quarter•4.7

We ordered several different times, and each time the food came out fresh, hot, quickly, and looked like an artist put it together. The jumbo shrimp with cilantro goodness was amazing. Calamari better than it should have been. The service was amazing. The prices? Way too low. Happy hour prices are ridiculous. I mean so ridiculously low. I think maybe they just love people. I’m not sure. I’d make this my go to spot if I lived here.More infoThe Park at 14thPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7

I should definitely come here with friends more as it’s a nice space to hang out with really tasty food. - AAriesBaltimore / Maryland •3 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 26, 2024It was my first time there with my friend and we really enjoyed ourselves. We opted to sit in the restaurant area and the music was nice. Definitely snapping and singing along. The staff was very friendly, and attentive to our needs. Our server Christopher was amazing. He gave us great suggestions on appetizers and entree selections and they were perfect. Get the Grand Marnier wings and the oxtail dinner. The rum cake did not appoint. I had the hands on your knees drink and it was good. Stop thinking about it and go.More infoThe Society Restaurant & LoungePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Silver Spring•4.5
