- JjenvipGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLima Bistro has quickly become our go-to restaurant when we’re in Aruba. From the moment you arrive until you leave the ambiance, food and service are all top notch. To start, we had the Scallop, shoyu butter, chips, chives and the Beef anticucho, potato, panka chili sauce. Flavor was off the chart! For Vegetable we had Grilled cauliflower al pastor, salsa verde, pineapple, chipotle. The cauliflower had a wonderful char and was perfectly balanced with the rest of the plate. For dinner, I had the Porkchop cowboy style, mushrooms, mashed potato, burnt onion, herb oil. My husband had the Flank steak, anticucho sauce, romaine, black garlic Caesar, crispy onion, burned onion powder. Portions were plentiful and exquisitely prepared and presented. We were so full after our meal but couldn’t skip out on dessert which was French Toast, condensed milk, honey, wild berries, vanilla ice cream. A sweet and tasty end to our meal. Cocktails expertly crafted and very refreshing. Last but certainly not least our server, Jean, was WONDERFUL! Helpful with the menu and couldn’t have been sweeter. We will 100% return (again) next time we are in Aruba.More infoLima BistroPrice: Very Expensive• International• Oranjestad•4.9

- EEricPhiladelphia County •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoDefinitely a must visit while in Aruba if you want a special meal. Highlights - Much of menu is sourced from local vendors - Urvin is an extremely hospitable chef and explains every dish to the guests himself - Appropriate amount of food for the price. We were satisfied but not uncomfortably full - dishes themselves were pretty inventive even as someone who enjoys tasting menus when traveling - quail dish with fried rice was definitely the highlight course - cocktails were good Only point of critique is that I did not feel the service was 10/10, but not enough to make the meal less than the 5 star ratingMore infoInfini ArubaPrice: Very Expensive• International• Aruba•4.9

- TTammyOrlando / Central Florida East •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 7, 2024Roger and Erwin delivered the most amazing dinner!! Roger explained the wine parings and Erwin gave us the delicious details of each course. The night started promptly at 7, when the doors opened, we were all invited to a glass of champagne and had a chance to meet the other guests. The dinning takes place at a U-shaped counter, so everyone has the opportunity to watch the chef finalize the dishes. 2 Fools and a Bull is a must when in Aruba. But you have to reserve your spot 2 months in advance!!More info2 Fools and a BullPrice: Very Expensive• French• Oranjestad•5
