Excellent Food and Service. Staff is attentive but not intrusive, drinks and food were delicious and recommendations were spot on.

My spouse and I had the pleasure of dining at “Carnival” yesterday to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and hospitality that truly sets this place apart from any other restaurant in town. Having visited several renowned establishments, none come close to matching the level of care, taste, and experience we received here. Special thanks to Mr. Dev for making every moment unforgettable. We enjoyed outstanding Mojitos, Inside Out Vada Pav, Paneer Tikka, Duet Curry Malai Kofta, Naan, and the decadent 3-Tier Gulab Jamun Rabri dessert. Service was excellent. My husband ordered the pizza, and was disappointed as it didn't have that wood fired taste that Paese pizza's have been known for. Everyone else's meal was good. There was someone behind the bar that was making akward noises and doing so persistently and very loudly. Unfortunately, it kept disrupting our conversation's. Overall, the service was excellent, as was our server. Hopefully they'll bring back their oh-so-delicious wood fired pizza!!

I cannot say enough good things about this evening’s dinner. We absolutely loved chef Bennett. The hospitality was unmatched and the food was even better. 5 out of 5 stars. We will 100% be back!

Yasu has become our annual tradition - every bite is delightful every time. Love the simplicity and the warmth with which you receive a complex meal. Definitely do the sake pairing - the choices are delicious!
