Our inspiration is the Zeus Faber, one of many local fish that can be fished sustainably and from our shores; although it has a wonderful Latin come Greek name, it also has a very British name - John Dory. 'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe,has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch. Sunday roasts with 'all thetrimming's' - we tried beef and pork - had everything a Sunday roast shouldhave. Somewhere rather spiffing to go' (Fay Machsler, Evening Standard)

C’était mon premier Omakase et ça valait le coup. C’était exceptionnel, les chefs nous expliquaient la provenance de chaque aliments et les préparaient devant nous. Si vous avez l’occasion, il n’y a pas à hésiter. Je vous recommande Juno omakase.
