Le restaurant Osteria Antica Bologna est un incontournable de Northcote Road depuis plus de 20 ans, ce qui représente une très longue période pour la scène gastronomique londonienne. Le Antica Bologna est aussi original et emballant que le jour où il a ouvert ses portes ; il évoque des images d'osterias (tavernes) de village cachées dans la campagne sauvage d'Emilia Romagne ou de collines de la Toscane et son accueil chaleureux digne d'un membre adoré de la famille. Ayant grandi dans la campagne piémontaise dans une famille qui élevait des poules, cultivait des légumes et fabriquait son propre salami, le chef Marzio Zacchi croit en l'importance de connaître la provenance des aliments que l'on consomme, et n'utilise que des produits frais de saison et d'origine locale.
