Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Costa Mesa

Had a horrible experience and Nobu Malibu, so I went here ready to criticize everything, and to my surprise, I had a LOVELY time. Wonderful food, service, ambience, everything. Highly recommend for date night. Beware, families do bring their screaming babies here, but other than that, loved the place.

I had such a great experience at Taste of Beauty! This place is truly unique, with an incredible vibe and beautifully presented dishes that are all plant-based. Every time I come here, it feels like I’m in for something new and exciting, and this time was no different. They recently revamped their menu, and I love the changes. Now you can order à la carte, which gives so much more freedom to try different things! The new setup is great because you don’t have to commit to a whole set menu; you can mix and match whatever catches your eye. I tried a few different dishes this time, and every single one was a winner—so fresh, flavorful, and really creative. The staff is super friendly and genuinely excited about the food they’re serving, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing plant-based options and a relaxed but stylish atmosphere, Taste of Beauty is definitely worth checking out. Already looking forward to my next visit!

So friendly and helpful waitresses and great food. They accommodated my small dog’s presence and made me very comfortable having her with me despite other restaurants in California these day!!! I really appreciated that and enjoyed my food, beautiful patio ambiance and nice atmosphere with my friends. We had a 2 years old child with us too, gave him a paper snd crayon to draw/get busy, brought his pizza quick and everything was great. Amazing wine options to drink and buy! We bought 2 bottles of an amazing 2020 red wine from their collection at the end. I will be definitely back with MY DOG and friends! The steak was delicious and great quality. Wow, this place was amazing! I’m so happy I finally found a spot with a gorgeous atmosphere, a cool vibe, and—most importantly—top-notch quality BBQ meat. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to an all-around great experience. I’ll definitely be back
