The Lexington is more than a restaurant, it’s an institution. Located on the corner of Lexington Parkway and Grand Avenue, this St. Paul community was the most fashionable at the turn of the 19th century. The St. Paul elite lived just blocks away and the first electric trolley brought visitors up and down Grand Avenue. Our server Sam was fantastic. His recommendations for food and beverages was spot on and made our decisions fun. I had been once before and service was good but really glad Sam took care of us this time. My friend and I were celebrating 27 years of friendship and a night away from hubbies and kids and he surprised us with glasses of bubbly at the end! Loved our experience. A supervisor or manager dropped off one of our entrees as well. And Louise our busser was fantastic too. Definitely will recommend friends to come for a lovely and delish dinner! Lamb ragu was amazing! Endive salad superb! Trout a little salty maybe because of soy sauce? Beverages on point and many options! Thanks for a great night!
