- KKaia RoseNew York City •1 review5.0Dined todayMy friends and I recently attended an amazing pasta-making class at Aunt Jake’s with the incredible Chef Anthony, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! Chef Anthony not only taught us how to make pasta from scratch but also kept the whole class laughing throughout. His humor was the perfect touch, making the learning process even more enjoyable. He had everyone smiling as he shared tips, tricks, and a few hilarious stories from his time in the kitchen. The hands-on part of the class was a blast! We learned how to make pasta dough, roll it out, and shape it into beautiful creations. Chef Anthony’s clear instructions and funny anecdotes made it feel effortless, even for us beginners. We also ordered separate dishes, which were delicious, and got to take home the pasta we made to cook later. The pasta, drinks, and dessert we enjoyed at the end of the class were the perfect reward for all our hard work. The warm, welcoming atmosphere at Aunt Jake’s, combined with Chef Anthony’s lively personality, created an unforgettable evening. If you’re looking for a fun night out that’s both entertaining and educational, I can’t recommend this class enough. Chef Anthony’s humor and expert guidance made the experience even more enjoyable.More infoAunt Jake's Pasta ExperiencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Upper East Side•4.9
- LLawrenceVIPNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI usually only write reviews with complaints. However, the dining experience last night at Chez Fifi was the opposite: perfection! No, I am not a planted reviewer! But with a just opened restaurant that one would expect some startup issues, and very little info on the internet, my expectation was far exceeded. The roast chicken dinner was perfectly cooked. The accompanying potatoes were among the best I have ever tasted. In a really nice setting, and the dessert served upstairs in the lounge, I have no complaints...just how to secure another reservation in the future.More infoChez FifiPrice: Very Expensive• French• Upper East Side•4.6
- TTamiVIPNew York City •16 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe celebrated our wedding anniversary at Casa Cruz, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The restaurant is set in a gorgeous six-story Beaux-Arts townhouse, and the intimate dining room on the third floor where we ate was absolutely stunning. With its rich wood-paneled walls, soft lighting, and an elegant centerpiece, the space felt warm, glamorous, and just the right amount of fancy for a special night out. The service was flawless. Our server struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring that our every need was met. Her attention to detail made us feel celebrated throughout the evening, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary champagne to toast our anniversary at the meal’s conclusion—a touch that felt both personal and luxurious. We will certainly return to Casa Cruz.More infoCasa CruzPrice: Very Expensive• American• Upper East Side•4

- MMichaelCharlotte •49 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024This was our first time at the new location, and it was stunning! The food was as delicious as always, and our server was fantastic. But unfortunately, she had to leave as we were finishing dinner. We would have loved to meet the server who would be taking over since we were done with our dessert and waiting for someone to come over. Romina helped us with our coats as we left, and I took a moment to ask about the space upstairs. She was so kind and gave us a quick tour. Even though we had a great time, Armani will still be one of my favorite restaurants in NYC.More infoArmani Ristorante 5th AvenuePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Midtown East•4.5
