- AamberSan Diego •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food and experience were both amazing. At first it seems like you will leave hungry because the portions are small, but there are so many portions you leave very full and very please! The flavors were unparalleled. I very much enjoyed my experience!More infoThe Catbird SeatPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Music Row•4.8
- CCornellVIPNashville •96 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur server, Lisa G, was absolutely outstanding. Professional, helpful with menu selections, friendly and cheery made the evening a great outing. The food as usual was outstanding. We shared the pate appetizer which was a combination of wonderful flavors and had the venison and the salmon which were terrific. A Pavlova (great) and espresso closed a great evening. This is why (deliciously innovative dishes and great service) we return to Etch. over and over. Kudos to the team and highly recommended.More infoetch - NashvillePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.8

- BBarbaraVIPMiami - Dade •24 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 4, 2025Bastion is an almost perfect dining experience that starts with their caring and knowledgeable staff. Its dark, hip and casual decor and concept menu pairs nostalgia with modern cuisine and plating. We loved the progression of tastes, the smart wine service, and the personal delivery of each dish by the chefs. For me the array of desserts fell short as they seemed to get lost in their ideas and missed on satisfying tastes. You’ll find lots of interesting ingredients paired in delicious ways with their menu. We arrived way too early for our reserved table and enjoyed perfect and very personalized cocktails made by the personable bar master. She made an hour go by so pleasantly. The unique part of Bastion is the record player playlist that is part of their nostalgia and slow down vibe. We lucked out with a full play of one of our favorite Arcade Fire albums. We’ll be back and would recommend this place to friends.More infoBastionPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• South Nashville•4.9
- SScottVIPNashville •84 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 29, 2024So glad that we finally tried this place. After a lot of "meh" meals in Nashville over the past 5 or so years (soooo many steak houses doing the same thing), it was refreshing to see a place getting it right. For us, this is exactly what dining should be: personable and fun with well executed food and good pricing. I wouldn't call it cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is all anyone should expect. They aren't trying to be gimmicky or too hip. They are just doing what they do well. This is in our rotation now, along with Lyra, Yolan, Carne Mare and Bella Napoli...all places that do what they do extremely well without trying to be everything to everyone.More infoOnce Upon a Time in FrancePrice: Expensive• French• East Nashville•4.7
