- SScottvipHouston •42 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food and the service were both great. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, but not too loud. The menu has a great variety of food types. Everything on the menu looked great-I had a hard time picking out what i wanted to order. We will definitely be back to try something new next time.More infoHaywire - Memorial CityPrice: Expensive• American• West Side•4.5
- CChristopherAtlanta Metro •7 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 13, 2024Experiencing the 12-course meal at MAD was extraordinary. From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable, with each course presented cleanly and described with expertise and passion. The staff was attentive, anticipating every need while allowing us to fully savor each dish. Each course offered a balance of flavors, crafted with precision, and presented as true culinary art. The progression from one dish to the next felt seamless, each course adding depth to the overall experience. The pacing was impeccable, giving us ample time to appreciate each creation without feeling rushed and enjoy conversation. MAD delivered a dining experience that was not only a feast for the senses but also a showcase of exceptional service. While we were unable to get a reservation at BCN taste tonight (because they were closed celebrating their Michelin star). MAD was more like an upstart younger sibling rivaling to overtake the former rather than a second choice. MAD provided a meal that left a lasting impression—an elegant, immersive journey that defines fine dining at its best.More infoMADPrice: Expensive• Spanish• River Oaks•4.6

The more sophisticated menu dishes such as the Kampachio or Hamachio that combine fish with citrus are just a delight. If you are into meat the hot rock beaf just melts in your mouth. Even the deserts are delicious at Kuu! The only small downside is that it is a little bit expensive, but the quality of the ingredients just makes it all worth it!More infoKUU RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Japanese• West Side•4.5
- JjerrzbearIndiana •3 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 1, 2024Great place for a New Year's dinner, menu was good (high quality standard, not unique). Service was very good even when the live music was really loud in the echo-y space. Seating was ok, live music was loud but good quality for New Year's. The main concern was that the OpenTable app said the prix fixe meal would be $69 per person, but the price climbed up to $89 upon receipt of the bill. Then we were charged $30 for service TWICE. So the final total $149 per person, not the original $69 we were expecting. I would not recommend this place if you are not prepared to pay twice as much as what we saw when we first signed on. This would have been very different if the actual advertised price simply included all of these charges so that we could make an assessment fairly.More info024 GrillePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Side•4
