FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating.     Another lovely experience at 2 Spring! Always lovely food and service and they always go above and beyond accomodating my elderly mother. The delicata squash, bone marrow, kale salad, and papardelle were all outstanding as was the Thanksgiving turkey plate.

    One of the most creative holiday menus ever! Turkey foie gras mousse , pumpkin soup with chili and turkey ramen were outstanding. Bread pudding with turkey confit was also amazing. Pecan pie with vanilla ice cream was the best we have ever tasted. (Thank you Audrey) James and Jared took very good care of us and gave us another memorable evening at Four.

    Our favorite restaurant! We always choose the Brazilian Rodizio. Waiters come around with meat -mostly different types of steak- on skewers. Theycut a slice for youat your place. Service is excellent. Our waiter Antonio was amazing. The food is delicious and the waiters continually come to the table. Our party of 8 loved it here.This was our third time and we love it here

    Always an incredible experience when we go there with our midshipmen from the US Merchant Marine Academy. They make us feel at home and always thank our midshipmen for their service. This is so important to us because none of us live in the local area. This past weekend we went to celebrate one of our midshipmen's birthdays and the owner graciously provided our large party free desserts to share. Our meals and drinks are always superb. So grateful to have found this place, it's like a second home for us when we visit. We will be going there for many years to come.
