Our wait staff was wonderfully attentive and enthusiastic. The food was truly gourmet. I was impressed with the entire menu. We had a tour of the classrooms and kitchens at the end of the evening conducted by one of the students. We loved seeing the passion and joy in the youth. If I had any complaint it is that reservations go quickly. I would love to experience the Broadmoor Bistro far more regularly!
