Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Newport Beach

The food was fantastic, but the portions were a bit small for the price. For example, I had ordered the double thick pork but it was more equivalent to the size of a single thick in most other restaurants. However the service was outstanding as well.

Our server, Sarah was amazing. The 3 course meal was perfect for Valentine’s Day. We had the Caesar salad to start, Prime NY steak with Yukon mashed potatoes, Prime Bone-In Ribeye with Yukon mashed potatoes, and the shared trio of desserts was the cherry on top, great way to cap the night. The food was flavorful, right texture, and the steak was tender with each bite. What surprised me was the explosion of flavor after taking a bite of the key lime pie. Very rich, tangy, and citrusy. Definitely a must try when we come back. Thanks for an awesome and unforgettable Valentine’s Day ❤️

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Our waiter was fantastic, with a thorough knowledge of food options, and ultimately selling us on the prefix meal. This was Valentine’s Day, so very special. The food here is phenomenal. We had numerous dishes, including Wagyu, steak, sashimi, sushi, oysters, and a great dessert. Highly recommend. 

One word - Amazing!!! I’ve been here weekend and weekday. Foods were excellent every time and the service was outstanding ! Definitely will recommend to friends and family! And the ocean view is beautiful!

As always, dinner was unbelievable. Every member of my family chooses Sushi Roku for their special occasion and every single time, it is unbelievable. It is the most consistent experience we have at any restaurant. The food and service is incredible. We truly order the exact same thing every time which you would think would get old but it doesn't. We start with Miso soup and edamame. Then we have the Brussels Sprout chips and Shishito Peppers. We close out with a lot of orders of yellowtail which truly could count as dessert, albacore, spicy tuna Hanabi and a Tuna Jalapeno roll.
