- SSharminVIPWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had an amazing experience at The Study tonight! Sean took excellent care of us and provided an in depth explanation of the menu. Even though we went for Alexandria Restaurant Week ($50 for two courses), we couldn’t resist ordering more! Each course was a bite of heaven! We will be back in the near future!!More infoThe StudyPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Alexandria•4.7
- SSeeBeeVIPWashington, D.C. Area •41 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe were here during Alexandria Restaurant Week, it was our first visit. The RW menu selections were very good. The food was excellent, we had very good service. We arrived at 5:00 PM for an early dinner. By the time we left the restaurant was filled and bar area was very lively, its popular. Would be interesting to return and try some of the other items on their menu because the food was so good.More infoKILNPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Alexandria•4.5

If you’re looking for a top-notch brunch experience in Old Town Alexandria, Hen Quarter is the place to go! From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the impeccable Southern-inspired cuisine, everything about this spot is outstanding. The Crab Cake Benedict was a standout—perfectly poached eggs atop a flavorful, meaty crab cake with just the right amount of seasoning, all covered in a rich hollandaise sauce. It was fresh, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The French Toast was another highlight—thick, fluffy, and just the right balance of sweet and buttery. It came with a delightful drizzle of syrup and was so good it didn’t even need extra toppings. And of course, we couldn’t leave without trying the Shrimp & Grits, which were pure Southern comfort on a plate. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the grits were creamy and flavorful, making for a dish that was both hearty and satisfying. On top of the amazing food, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!More infoHen Quarter - AlexandriaPrice: Moderate• Regional American (Southern)• Alexandria•4.3
