My girlfriend and I have been trying to do a better job of exploring West Loop restaurants the last couple months. We thoroughly enjoyed all of these restaurants we've recently tried (Komo, Proxi, Hide+Seek, Fora) but La Serre was the best experience out of all of them. The food was phenomenal, service was excellent, and had an energy to it without being 'loud'. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed dining at girl & the goat. Their menu selections were spectacular, and they were able to accommodate those with dairy intolerance (which most restaurants are unable to do). Their food selections were great and flavorful, and their staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend the chicken or steak dishes.

We had a memorable evening on a cold night in a cozy environment overlooking the Chicago River. We had great food and impeccable service. The wine list is virtually incomparable. I was amazed by our server's knowledge about both the food and the wines. We will not soon forget this dining experience and we will be back in other seasons.
