Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in San Juan

Juan was a great server, gave excellent recommendations from the menu. Save room for dessert, the salted caramel dish was amazing.

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. Absolutely wonderful food. Highly recommend the spinach dip (which took some time to prepare and we were appropriately warned about this), homemade gnocchi, and butternut squash risotto. They also make their ice cream in house! The salted caramel was delicious. We were truly spoiled. A real gem in town.

I’ve tried the rest, and this is by far the best and only authentic sushi and sashimi available anywhere in San Juan. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Sushi moriawase had Japanese conger eel, snow crab, scallops from Hokkaido, king salmon, Japanese sea bass, bluefin tuna, and more. The chef was very generous with bonuses as well. The service was exceptional.
