Celebrated a friend's birthday today and the staff was so nice! From the moment you walk in, the hostess was soo friendly, to the waiters and the chef! The Chef is very passionate about his dishes! The sushi was fresh and soo delicious!

The place is great. The 12 dish menu with the experience was espectacular. Every dish was carefully done and clearly explained in order to enjoy the experience. Service was excellent. It was really worth it

My omakase experience at Nobu Houston with Chef Ken was absolutely incredible. Each dish was a perfect blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients and artistic presentation. Highlights included melt-in-your-mouth toro tartare, flavorful uni, and perfectly cooked wagyu beef. Chef Ken’s passion and attention to detail were evident in every course, and his friendly demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. We often dined at the downtown location and for some reason just made it to the new location. The outside appearance doesnt do justice for the remarkable interior. We enjoyed several appetizers that were amazing and our entrees were perfectly prepared. The steak tartar with bone marrow and an egg was one of the best I enjoyed. The escargot served in a slightly different presentation was also one of the best. I also enjoyed the foie gras and of course they had the perfect wine to compliment the food. After we tasted these I finished with the special which was scallops paired with the octopus and a side of freshly made pasta. If you like French food this is certainly top of the list in Houston Tx
