Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in The Tropicana

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Emeril’s. The service was amazing and our waiter Darren was so kind and checked in with us many times throughout our dinner. My husband had the seafood boil and I had the jambalaya which was one of the best i have had. The gumbo was also amazing. Just the right amount of heat.

Amazing dining experience from beginning to end! Friendly and accommodating service throughout. Our favorite items were the foie gras, beef wellington, braised short rib, and the sticky toffee pudding. I was particularly impressed that some of the items such as the beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding were distinctly superior here compared to where we had them before at the Pub & Grill. They weren't bad at the Pub & Grill, but were somewhat forgettable. I wasn't sure what the hype was regarding those items before but now I understand after having them at Hell's Kitchen. Would love to come back and will likely visit the Harrah's location near San Diego which is closer to home soon!

Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in an unforgettable meal, this spot is well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Marvin was incredible. So what’s the rest of the service staff supporting our table. The meal was coursed out perfectly. Our sommelier made great wine recommendations that went perfect with all of our courses. I can’t wait to return again.
