Best Romantic Restaurants in East Colfax

It’s always fun to experience Benzina through the eyes of a new person. My first time guest loved the amazing food and of course the excellent service. Great to see all the friendly faces.

This was our first time dining at Barolo Grill. From the welcoming ambience, to the attentive staff, we were thoroughly impressed! There was a group of six of us, the food came out fresh and hot for everyone, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had! My husband said the only place Barlo fell short, was not giving him 15 of their fresh, homemade rolls lol. The wine selection is second to none, and the selections were explained to us carefully. We loved the four course option, my husband and I could get different things so we were able to try different dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious! Alma if consistently fantastic, especially at the chef’s counter. The chefs give background on the food, great recommendations, and will answer any questions you have. We asked what a specific dish looked like and our chef had the chef who made the dish come show us when he made it—so thoughtful! The plates and cutlery are changed out for every dish, waters are constantly being refilled, and the overall service is fantastic. Vibes from the staff are positive and welcoming. The scallops will never cease to amaze me, it may be my favorite dish from any restaurant. 10/10 as always :)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salt Water Social, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable culinary experiences I've had in a long time. From the ambiance to the impeccable service and, most importantly, the food – everything was absolutely outstanding. We started our meal with the Spicy Yellowtail Crispy Rice, and it was love at first bite. The crispy rice provided the perfect texture contrast to the tender yellowtail, and the spicy kick was just right, leaving us wanting more. For the main courses, we couldn't resist trying the Delmonico Steak with Lobster and the Mushroom & Truffle Rigatoni. The Delmonico steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the addition of lobster elevated the dish to a new level of indulgence. The Mushroom & Truffle Rigatoni was equally impressive, with a rich, creamy sauce that was beautifully balanced by the earthy mushrooms and the aromatic truffle. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, making it clear that the chefs at Salt Water Social are masters of their craft. The combination of flavors, textures, and aromas was simply divine. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a fantastic meal with top-notch service, I highly recommend Salt Water Social. It’s a dining experience you won’t want to miss!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le Colonial. Everything from check-in to dessert was perfection. The atmosphere was chic and warm. The service was impeccable and every dish we had was fresh, flavorful and downright delicious. I could eat the Papaya Salad and Beef Ravioli every day. Most of all, we never felt rushed which lends to a lovely dining experience.
