Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar. Tweeds Restaurant & Buffalo Bar is an American style bar, grill and casual restaurant. This restaurant has a very active events calendar, so guests are encouraged to check out the website to see what is coming up. Every Wednesday is date night, with drink specials and live music. This is encouraged both as a date night for current couples and as a singles night for available individuals to meet and socialize. Tweeds also features plenty of live music, like classical pianist and guitarists coming in and performing on weekends. Tweeds serves several American classic and comfort food items, but its specialty is bison. In fact, there is a separate menu just for the bison-related offerings.     Waterlot and their staff did not disappoint! From the time we arrived until the time we left, the service was exceptional! Our server Robert, was attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was one to remember. We felt like we were the only ones dining even the restaurant was extremely busy. We asked Robert whether we could make modifications to some of the food and he and the rest of the team happily accommodated our requests. Thank you Waterlot, Robert and the rest of the Waterlot team for making our experience spectacular! We will see you again very soon.

    I absolutely love it here! I always have a great experience. I come on the weekends to enjoy dinner listening to piano. Let's just say that bison is awesome! This place has the ambience and charm isn't really around anymore. The vibe is so relaxed and you can just check out of your thoughts for the evening and enjoy the moment where you are. Service is great! The bartender is excellent.

    We had the best Christmas Eve dinner at Centro 336! The food was fabulous. It was very busy but it's that time of year which is expected. As long as the food hit the mark we did not mind the time spent, it was well worth it. The owner actually was helping out staff and came by to thank us for our patience. We definitely will be back.
