- JJamesVIPWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had an exceptional dining experience on Christmas Eve. Our three main courses of cod in parchment paper, veal with mushrooms and lamb shank were all outstanding and perfectly prepared. In addition to a great wine selection, the cocktails hit the mark. And a very special finish with Irish Coffee created at the table with finesse and flair! We were personally greeted by the owner as family and will definitely return. Thank you so much for making this a special and festive occasion.More infoCafe RenaissancePrice: Expensive• French• Vienna•4.9
- JJeannineWashington, D.C. Area •54 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner. We love the snow crab the best and always get it. Our new favorite starter is the oysters. The garlic noodles are a MUST! Our servers were great too - they were busy but tried as hard as they could to help us have a great time. The only negative comment is that our food was not hot. We didn't say anything because I think it was a factor because of the busyness of Christmas Eve.More infoChasin' Tails - Founders RowPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Arlington•4.4
- DDanielWashington, D.C. Area •29 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFood was extraordinary...convinced my wife to try the Wagyu A5 duo (there was a stiff supplement) -- I went with the Confit/Foie Gras app. My app was simply brilliant. Her app made us swoon (yes, I got one taste, but I feared for my life if I tried for more). Main of Dover Sole was very good for me, but the truffle risotto for herself...outrageous! Desserts were masterpieces worthy of photography -- but we don't do that. As always, front/back of the house were top-notch. Recommend Julio and Mark as great servers.More info2941 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French / American• Falls Church•4.9
- GGregPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoDelicious, as usual. Quiet enough that it was easy to carry on a conversation, We were on a tighter schedule than our normal visits there, and the wait staff were very understanding and helpful. I love to go and spend a leisurely lunch or dinner at La Cote D'Or, but if you have an hour or slightly more, you can still get a wonderful meal and experience for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.More infoLa Cote D'OrPrice: Moderate• French• Arlington•4.7
