Best Romantic Restaurants in Clarkston

Had a lovely meal on the early evening menu which is is fantastic value. Food was excellent. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and could ask for more. We will be back again. Thanks

We had lunch with three friends today in Ardnamurchan. Four of us had the venison stew and one had the vegetarian option; stuffed hispi cabbage. Both dishes were excellent and the clean plates said it all. Three of us shared a bottle of Australian Shiraz which was pleasant but not quite as robust as we’d hoped for to complement the venison. Desserts were delicious; cranachan, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate cremeaux and the cheese was enjoyed by one of our friends. As one friend is quite deaf we found the booth we sat in gave us reasonable privacy and he was able to hear the conversation easily. The girls who served us were great; friendly, pleasant and efficient. My husband and I always enjoy meals at Ardnamurchan and were happy to introduce friends to it.

A beautiful afternoon with lovely food and cocktails, not too expensive too, would highly recommend.

Myself and my husband like to go to the steak lounge and grill often and I can say we are never disappointed food is always amazing and staff are so friendly would 100% recommend.

Love this place. Food is consistently good - Italian with a dash of wider Mediterranean - well-chosen and fairly priced wine list, and lovely friendly service.
