- CCarolNew York State •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoA true culinary experience awaits you at the CIA Bocuse Restaurant. The servers are thoroughly professional and love explaining how the food is made and what the ingredients are. Questions are answered promptly. Service is precise (no one has to ask what you ordered). The food is exquisite and very special, exotic and delicious. We will definitely be back.More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7

- JJoeAtlantic City / South Jersey Shore •66 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 6, 2024Food and service were terrific. Nice selection. Petit filet was tender and flavorful…. Cooked perfectly. Prime Rib was medium rare, juicy and flavorful. Dinner included soup, mashed potato and green beans. Dirty Ketel 1 Martini was 1/2 olive juice… disappointing. Bloody Mary was spot on.More infoJoseph's Italian SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Hyde Park•4.1
- JJimNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined on Aug 6, 2024We had a wonderful dinner at Caterina de Medici! The pizza was great - very thin crust and great sauce. My wife's salad was excellent also. The zuppa di pesce was a delight; the fish were all very fresh and tasty and the soup was the perfect compliment. The scallops were outstanding also - just like eating on Cape Cod. Dessert was the tiramisu which was a nice light ending to the meal. The bread and wine were great also; we'll be back for another special dinner soon!More infoCaterina de Medici at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Hyde Park•4.4
