Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself.     1st off, thanks to Bistro Casanova for being open for Xmas dinner, as a tourist it was much appreciated. Food was excellent, service was excellent, we couldn't decide on which dessert to get, so got all 4 to share between the 5 of us. All were top notch. Would definitely recommend Bistro Casanova to anyone. We drove from Lahinia specifically for Xmas dinner, and it was worth the effort. Thanks for taking care of us! - Mike from Michigan

    Dinner was a full Moroccan experience from the decor, to the food and entertainment. The flavors are delicious and the whole restaurant was invited by the belly dancer and staff to join in dance at the end of the evening.

    Amazing meal, worth a Michelin star or more. The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.
