Amazing I would 100%. We go like once a month and enjoy family time.

The food and service were both excellent. We were seated immediately even with the holiday crowd. The octopus potato salad was different and very tasty! Not something you normally see on menus so we had to give it a try. The pasta trio with salad and desert was a great value. The salad was huge and the pasta choices were excellent. My husband had eggplant Parmesan and it was vey good also. Lidia’s does not disappoint and was a perfect choice for a holiday dinner with friends!

Jevene was amazing she truly understood the menu and recommended amazing dishes to us! Over all an amazing experience at ocean prime and truly a Delectable dinner & drinks!! Chef’s kiss!!! OCEAN PRIME thank you for giving my boyfriend an amazing birthday dinner & experience!! Very much worth it!!

From the moment we checked in - and we were early, we were greeted, and taken to our table. We were the first in the room for the evening. Our waiter greeted us, and quickly gave us a cocktail menu, and full menus. I explained that I had not eaten lunch and was famished. He literally suggested a great lemondrop cocktail to take off the edge, after serving some waters, I ordered his suggestion and was completely amazed. it was great! and I ordered the cheese and charcuterie board to start. Our guests arrived and they ordered a cocktail and he suggested that he go over the menu with us. I had the Special of the House which is a filet, covered in Blue Cheese and Figs. I also had a great small ceasar salad, and the house soup which is a corn and crab bisque. SO GOOD! Our entrees came on time, after we had finished our soup, salad and cheese board, I ordered a glass of wine with dinner and it was perfect. He suggested a dessert and we were too full. So happy that we continue to go to this Kansas City legendary memory - we will be back again.

Debbie was incredible. She brings a very comfy, personable vibe to the table without detracting from the higher end approach and atmosphere. That isn't easy to do. Don't know his name, but the red beard who delivered the bulk of our food did a great job describing the food and was a notable addition to the experience. One minor quibble with the food was the salt level. It could be dialed back considerably. This was agreed by all 4 members of our party. It didn't ruin our overall experience. The plating and presentations were all great. The carpaccio and scampi pasta were highlights. Overall a lovely meal, great atmosphere, and kind, attentive service from all involved.
