Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline.     My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Churchill's Steakhouse, and we were thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent, and every part of our meal was a fine dining experience. The steaks were easily the best we’ve ever had, and the wine selection was outstanding. I highly recommend Churchill's Steakhouse to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience!     We celebrated my birthday here and enjoyed everything we got! The eggplant parm is something I will always get here. The best! All the pasta I have had here is delicious. My favorite Italian place in town hands down!

    Oh man. My gal pals and I did the igloo experience and it was awesome! We all had different meals and different desserts and different drinks and we weren’t disappointed. Thanks to the blankets and the heaters we were kept warm on a cold winter’s night.  Trebor, our waiter was absolutely cute and funny. Would definitely do it again.

    Great meal. Flank steak for Sheri, salmon and clams for me. Everything, including bacon and blue salad, was terrific. Alexandra was the perfect server. Wine was excellent!
