Au DaiLo, bien manger, c’est bien vivre ! Et ici, la manière de cuisiner reflète clairement la manière d’envisager la vie. Les ingrédients, de grande qualité et minutieusement sélectionnés, mènent à de délicieux repas, et finalement, à de meilleures existences. La nouvelle cuisine asiatique que propose le restaurant se concentre essentiellement sur les produits chinois, tout en suivant la tradition française. Au cœur du menu, vous ressentirez un respect et un amour profonds pour la nourriture, portés par le chef Nick Liu. Ses ancêtres ont dégusté avant lui les recettes avec lesquelles il travaille, pendant des centaines d’années. Les anciens plats de prédilection de cette époque là ont été revisités par le chef Liu, qui y a ajouté sa petite touche personnelle.
