Attentive without being intrusive, the staff demonstrated a genuine knowledge of the menu and a knack for anticipating our needs. Empty glasses were never left lingering, and their cheerful demeanour only enhanced the already convivial atmosphere. We mentioned this to the staff and they were great. They allowed her to finish what she liked and gave us a full replacement meal with no extra charge even gave her a filet steak when she initially ordered the rump. The lady who served us was fantastic unfortunately I was unable to get her name however she was kind , understanding and reassuring when we mentioned the issue with her steak.
