STERLING is a luxurious bar located underneath the historic Stock ExchangeHotel. You can expect live music, vintage spirits, rare wine and elegant cocktails allserved alongside bar snacks.Please note that we only able to accept a certain amount of reservations each day as we leave a lot of tables for walk-ins, so please do not be put off visiting us if you are unable to reserve.     Perfect! Great food, atmosphere and lovely staff! Waiter was knowledgable and helped us find the exact wine we were looking for and we enjoyed it so much we took a photo (always a good sign). Dishes were full of flavour and all came around the same time, so we weren’t waiting a long time for certain dishes. The staff were accommodating (we were late) and moved things around so we could stay a bit longer. We then moved to the bar area after which was lovely and enjoyed the incredible cookie and ice cream dessert there. Decor was also beautiful and aesthetic. Would definitely recommend!

    Great deal - three courses from the main menu for £30 per person with no restriction on choice. Excellent friendly service and good food.

    Not been for years . But will definitely be back . Food and services were excellent. New refurbishment is lovely . Much closer than Wilmslow and Manchester. Will be coming again . Many Thanks

    Erst is a sublime restaurant in a fantastic location with memorable dishes that we keep coming back again and again for. Special shout out to the flatbreads and the beetroot dish. Would have them as my last meal on earth 🤤
