- DDevonNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food, service and presentation was fantastic and made for a wonderful experience. My only reservation was the dinning area felt a bit congested, and as a result, felt a bit confined and challenging to hear at times. This aspect was unfortunate to an otherwise great experience.More infoBrescaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• U Street Corridor•4.6

The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot for a night out. Our waiter, Andrew, was excellent—very helpful throughout the dinner, offering great recommendations from cocktails to dessert. We revisited some of our favorites, and they did not disappoint. The hummus is amazing (pro tip: order an extra piece of pita bread). The potato dish and pork shoulder were equally delicious, packed with great flavors. For dessert, we tried the pear tart, which had more of an apple pie texture than a traditional tart, but it was still enjoyable. I also had an Old Fashioned, which was well-made and a great way to round out the meal. Overall, a great experience once again. Highly recommend this spot for excellent food, drinks, and service!More infoGypsy Kitchen - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Logan Circle•4.5
- GGillianVIPWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLupo Verde is always good, but they really brought it on Valentine’s Day. The food was great but the service was exceptional. That’s rarely the case on a major holiday so hats off the them. I also appreciated that they had a fixed price menu but also a few regular options, as I don’t love being stuck with multiple courses I don’t want. I know that variety adds to the difficulty for a restaurant on a night like Valentine’s, so it’s even more impressive.More infoLupo Verde - 14th StPrice: Expensive• Italian• Logan Circle•4.5

Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoJônt delivers an unforgettable dining experience with meticulous attention to detail and outstanding customer service. 🌟 Their Valentine’s Day menu was spectacular, filled with lively surprises during the desserts that made the evening truly special. 🍰✨ Every bite was absolutely delicious, and I loved receiving a commemorative menu as a thoughtful keepsake. That said, a couple of things stood out: 🎶 The music choices were… puzzling. Some songs felt completely out of place for such an upscale experience. Not sure what vibe they were aiming for, but it didn’t quite fit the ambiance. 🍽️ The menu size was a struggle. I knew it would be a lot of food, but I was completely full halfway through. I can’t imagine how some guests opt for extra bites—I couldn’t even enjoy dessert properly. A shorter menu option would be a fantastic addition. Honestly, if the menu remains this extensive, I wouldn’t return despite how amazing the food was. It’s just too much, even for a tasting experience. But if you’re ready for an epic culinary journey and can handle the volume, Jônt is truly top-tier. 🥂More infoJôntPrice: Very Expensive• French / Japanese• U Street Corridor•4.9
