La cuisine du restaurant rassemble le meilleur des marchés locaux et régionaux, et est complétée par les meilleurs vins du monde. Eno Terra se concentre sur les saveurs avant tout, et affiche une volonté de préserver les époques, les traditions, ainsi que l’utilisation de tous les sens exploitables par l’être humain. L’établissement a été construit sur les poutres d’origine du bâtiment qui abritait au 19ème siècle un grand magasin de poisson. Cet édifice possède une surface très importante qui a été restaurée.
