Primavera has known many lives as both restaurant and residence. Originally built by a member of the Purdy family, one of the original settlers in the area, it was also known as the 1864 House, so named for its date of construction. Although the building has been renovated several times, the bones of the house are still recognizable, especially as one looks up to the charming garret, whose flat roof, sometimes called a widow’s walk, often served as an observation platform. Mona Trattoria, a family-operated Italian restaurant that operated for some 30 years, followed after the home was converted to a restaurant. In 2002, actor Stanley Tucci bought it and renamed it Finch Tavern, renovating it with dark wood shutters and soft yellow banquettes that feel fresh today. In 2006, Jimmy Gjevukaj and his family took over the premises and relaunched the restaurant as Primavera, continuing the tradition of fine Italian dining in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Market Place Kitchen and Bar is a traditional American restaurant, operating with a theme of preparing all cuisines with organic and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant has a decent wooden décor, constructed with 300-years old barn wood from Brook Field's farm. Market Place Kitchen and Bar has a full-service banquet with modern business facilities for corporate events and meetings. Alex Lowe, the executive chef, has prepared a healthy menu for guests in Market Place Kitchen and Bar. Surf and turf is the specialty meal here. It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. The ‘famous rigatoni Bolognese GF' pasta is prepared with sweet Italian sausage, milk-fed veal, pomodoro tomato cream, fresh ricotta, grana padano parmigiano cheese and fine herbs. The bar serves a variety of European wines and tap beers.

The Arch does this through the jazz that is played softly in the background, as well as the warm table lamps that illuminate each table. The seats closest to the windows overlook The Arch's garden, where the kitchen staff hand picks the herbs needed for various dishes. This is an ideal place for a romantic evening out with someone special.The menu at The Arch is entirely a la carte. There is primarily classic French dishes on the menu, with a few new American classics added in as well. The restaurant is named after America’s most famous founding father, Benjamin Franklin. While he was pinnacle in America’s birth, he also became the first ambassador to France. While on trips to Paris, he would wine and dine with the best of them and when he returned, he would bring back the French culture, food and wine, and share it with our new nation. Dishes like Potato Lyonnaise and Crème Brulée were the first of his favorites he shared with America. The Benjamin reflects that bridged gap between the two countries’ cultures. The restaurant and bar is french-inspired, but uniquely American. It sits in Ridgefield's historic district in a 1875 house, but the interiors are modern, elegant and new. Chef prepares dishes like Mussels, Foie Gras, Shrimp Toast, Chicken, Halibut, Duck, and more.

Jean-Georges cultive sa passion pour la cuisine de saison conçue selon le principe « de la ferme à la table », avec des ingrédients de la vallée de l'Hudson et de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Construit en 1833, le bâtiment qui était d'abord une résidence a été converti plus tard en auberge. Il a été soigneusement rénové afin de préserver autant de matériaux d'origine que possible, y compris ses quatre cheminées encore fonctionnelles. Thomas Juul-Hansen a conçu l'intérieur du restaurant avec une sensibilité moderne et rustique, en y incorporant du zinc et du marbre, des éléments de pierre et du bois récupéré.
