Max Oyster bar - W. Hartford never disappoints. We had a very friendly waitress who never rushed us once and started with a glass of champagne, which was lovely. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays… Ambience is always warm and inviting. I'm a big fan of their shrimp scampi, the pasta is homemade and so fresh. enjoy!

Our server. Haley was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious. We had the Branzino which was cooked to perfection - hot, very tasty, done with excellent egetables. Mine werre asparagus amd roasted potatoes and my husband had the roasted potatoes and broccoli rabe. We also enjoyed our salads. Mine was the chopped salad and my husband's included the roast potatoes, Caesar Salad, and broccoli rabe - all of which were ecellent. Artisan is our new go to restaurant The food is fresh and prepared with creativity and gusto. The wine list is superb. We love the tuna appetizer and the scallops main course. For November Artisan had a BYOB no charge event so I brought one of my own. Definitely be back for New Year’s Eve!

This was our first time at Ideal Tavern and we were impressed with the casual atmosphere, the intimacy of the surroundings and farmhouse/industrial decor of the dining area and bar. The service was outstanding, and the food was incredibly delicious. Dessert was remarkable! We will definitely be returning! The prices were on the higher side, but very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the talent of the chef.

Great food, great service. Pace of dining experience was just right. Have had consistently good experience at this restaurant!
