Kuon Omakase offers a truly unique dining experience, where you can entrust the chef to create a 20-course menu of the freshest sushi and sashimi. The menu changes daily depending on the season and produce available from the local fish market. You can expect dishes like osetra caviar with sea urchin and toro tartare, steamed abalone with abalone liver and sea urchin sauce, and Japanese egg custard with snow crab meat and netsuke monkfish liver. Matching wine and sakes can be added to complete the experience.

That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan. The Full of privacy and stylish environment makes it an ideal venue for any special occasion or a relaxing evening. We are a bar with a seating capacity of only 24. Due to the limited number of seats and to ensure a better experience for all guests, we do not accommodate walk-in groups of more than three people without a prior reservation.Please note that reservations will be held for a maximum of fifteen minutes. We only allow entry once the reserved number of guests have arrived. The dining time is limited to 90 minutes.
