He doesn’t eat mussels so he gives them to me and they were excellent. Salmon tartare with the homemade chips was terrific. The veal Milanese was so crisp, hot and tender. Hubby helped me with it and there were no leftovers! Service is always outstanding; I regret we didn’t get the name of our server. He and the others that attend the tables are so pleasant and helpful. I wish Bianco Rosso was closer (it’s about 45 minutes away), but it’s definitely worth the drive!More infoBianco Rosso RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Wilton•4.6

- JJamesNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe had 8:30 reservations and were the last to leave on a snowy night and never felt rushed Our server was gracious and attentive without being overly solicitous. We all had fish, steelhead and branzino and they were superb. The ceaser salad was disappointing as it was too dry and unfortunately all four of has had it as a starter. We had dessert and all were quite good. There was no bread or amuse bouche so nothing that spoke to who the restaurant was. I would say it was a good dinner but not amazing or inventive. It was a tad overpriced but I likely wouldn’t have noticed if there had been more of the chef innovation or voice in the experienceMore infoElm RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• New Canaan•4.8
