Best Seasonal Restaurants in Banff

The food and service was exceptional! The only critique was the noise level which made it difficult to have conversations. That aside, will definitely be back!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! This was our second visit to Park Distillery, the first time just for drinks and second drinks and food. The service from the waiting staff and the bar staff was excellent. W e sat at the bar and the bar staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We have been in Banff nearly 2 weeks now and we think this was the best meal and experience we have had so far. We ate the rack of ribs and the bison burger….OMG they were both amazing, incredibly delicious, we didn’t want the meal to end lol. We also had some awesome cocktails and will be back again for cocktail happy hour! We would highly recommend visiting Park Distillery, if you’re in Banff this place is a MUST visit! Thank you for a fantastic meal and drinks!

Food was amazing! The only item we didn’t love was the Sable fish. Fish was cooked perfectly, just didn’t have much flavor to the dish. Mushroom toast was my favorite! Thanks for the birthday Prosecco 😊

We ordered a bottle of 2020 Truchard, Caesar salad, bison tartare, and bison short ribs. Everything was amazing. Best meal we had in Banff and we go every year for 12 years. Best Caesar salad I had in a very long time. We always order tartare and this was one of the best we’ve had. The bison short rib was unique and so delicious. To top it off, the service was top notch. Great experience and we can’t wait to come back.

Friendly service. The standout from our order was the Wheeler Hut, which was already full of flavor, but even better with chili flakes. The vegan cheese was a little runny but I was grateful to have the option.
