Best Seasonal Restaurants in Wauconda

My goodness was that good. Traditional dishes were perfect. More unique dishes were exquisite. The only knock was that the Caesar salad was only average at best. Everything else was absolutely top notch.

Outstanding food and environment. Fish was outstanding, meat excellent, drinks supurb, environment the best. I am sick of restaurants undercooking meat to "prove" they are sophisticated. "Medium Rare is what "Rare" was 10 years ago. I like it rare to medium rare; but high end restaurants keep pushing it more rare - IMO so they aren't "judged" on being unsophisticated. It's becoming absurd today - for ALL high end restaurants lean in this direction. We need to develop a legit standard.

Absolute wonderful. I don't think I have ever been disappointed.

Been here twice now, once for Mother's Day brunch and once for Valentine's Day dinner, and it was perfect for both occasions. Great views of the lake if you can get a seat by the window, but still great ambiance even if you can't. Entrée selection was small but delicious. Would definitely recommend for special occasions or date nights.

The boardroom is above and beyond the staff is phenomenal Emily was our waitress tonight and she is just amazing and last time we had Lex and she is fabulous. Also, the whole staff is just awesome and the atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend this place to anybody.
