Schneider Company and The Galt House Hotel, will welcome diners next spring. Perched 25 stories above River Road, the space has long been a destination for Louisville residents’ most special moments. That legacy will continue with Swizzle, which will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening. The new restaurant concept replaces RIVUE, which closed earlier this month, and will be open for dinner and drinks nightly.
