Best Seasonal Restaurants in Times Square

This restaurant was great. We arrived at 8:50 for a 9 PM reservation. We were not seated until about 9:30 or 9:40 which was a little annoying, but the coach check gentleman did tell us that it was the busiest Saturday night of the year for some reason. It was a great meal. Everything was delicious. We tried the tableside all you can eat pasta and my husband had the chicken Parmesan, which was cooked to perfection. The prices were standard for Italian food in the city. You can come casual. There is no real dress code the servers were great. I really enjoyed our meal.

We’ve eaten at Carmine’s a few times now but we love eating there during this time of year. Carmine’s is the perfect spot for a festive holiday meal! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful decorations that set the holiday mood. The service is top-notch—attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home. Their family-style Italian dishes are absolutely delicious, with generous portions that are perfect for sharing. So, for being in the heart of NYC, it’s a decent value for our family. Whether it’s a holiday gathering or just a night out, Carmine’s delivers a memorable dining experience

Delicious mains. We go the lamb and short rib. Both were incredible. Everything is made or finished in a clay oven. Pizza’s were good too. Dishes are a nice size. One pizza, as an app, and two mains was more than enough food for two hungry people.

Mary C was stellar with her service, interaction, and expertise making our afternoon tea experience at The Palm Court more memorable than we could have expected. She was quick to greet us when we sat down and was patient with us when taking our time to decide which tea service to choose. (We chose the Traditional). Yes, there were lots of people during the holiday season, but Mary C was patient and kind, taking time to explain all the yummy things to eat. She even boxed up the extra treats we could not finish. Well worth the time and expense for an invaluable afternoon with Mary C. She is as much an asset as Eloise and we hope the Plaza hangs a portrait of her on their wall as well.

Out party of six were served with delight at Oceana tonight by a Team with professionalism kindness and generosity. Our food was beautifully prepared and served with the utmost confidence and skill. .We were celebrated with a chocolate moose cake for us to share in celebration of our anniversaries we were celebrating . Our dinner was at the end of a wonderful day in NYC. The short walk to Roosevelt Center to see the decorated tree and the surrounding lights made a perfect ending to our evening.
