Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.     This place definitely deserves a Michelin star rating. It was fabulous from the wine to the bread to the main course, Everything was perfect The staff were superb - not overwhelming but always there when we needed them and very knowledgeable. There was a violinist who was amazing. Highly recommend the place

    For Valentine’s Day they had an amazing special and the food was terrific. Only issue I had was I asked to speak to the manager 5 times so I could boast about the service and food. Manager kept avoiding coming to the table I think he was worried it was going to be negative. But I wanted to make sure he heard something positive as I know it was a busy day and most people only seem to complain. Other than that is was a fantastic meal!

    Our dining experience at A Land Remembered on Valentine’s Day was absolutely fabulous, from start to finish. The entire wait staff was extremely friendly, prompt and accommodating; the ambience was beautiful; and the food was truly amazing — from the bread basket to the shrimp cocktail (the shrimps were the size of baby lobsters!) to the soups to the appetizers to the main course. And a special shout-out to our server, Jeannette, who was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be dining here again soon.
