French Bordeaux at the bar, table ready exactly on time. Scallop appetizer was delicious, sopped with a freshly baked baguette. Split the Christmas salad with blue cheese, greens, cranberries and walnuts; refreshingly piquant. Steak au poivre and Trout almondine were excellent! Traditional Buche de Noel dessert; can’t make this at home! Pleasant, unobtrusive service. Recommended; will return.

Gordon Ramseys Pub & Grill is one of our favorites in Las Vegas. Delicious food, great drinks and we always get fantastic service!

The shrimp cocktail and fries were delicious. Our cocktail drinks (the strawberry martini and the HK Antioxidant) were amazing. Our server Alexandru was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was so great to talk too. He made us feel like VIP guests.

One of my favorite Nobu locations. This Nobu is different than other ones that I regularly visit as it has a Omakase teppanyaki option as well. Both are traditional, and the Teppanyaki option are great and you can’t go wrong. Of course, the yellowtail jalapeño is always amazing but on this visit the salmon sashimi was particularly tasty. if you haven’t tried the rock shrimp or Wagyu tacos then of course try those as well. Thank you.

Pork Belly as appetizer was excellent. Great King-size Beef Filet. Nice and crispy on outside and cooked perfectly inside. Shared that. Also had potato au gratin, very good. Shared that two with significant other. The cocktail with the dried dragon fruit was excellent. Believe it was named “vie en rose”. Excellent cocktail. Had a cocktail with bourbon, strong but not as tasty as the dragon fruit cocktail. Had pistachio soufflé and it was excellent. Tab was $200 but did not disappoint with quality and service.
