This dinner was immediately added to our top ten list of global dining experiences which include numerous Michelin starred restaurants. We highly recommend opting for the wine pairings with each dish, which not only delivered classic selections but also introduced us to wines we will seek out for our own cellar.More infoVetri Cucina - PhiladelphiaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Center City•4.9

We had fried shrimp, Brussel sprouts, french onion soup, chicken ceasar salad. We also had a couple christmassy drinks. Everything fun and fabulous I go at least 4 times a year. I always bring someone because it's greatMore infoCraftsman Row SaloonPrice: Moderate• American• Old City•4.4
- BBetelehemPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMe and my boyfriend decided to eat in this restaurant for the suggestive location but I have to say that also the food was really good. What we took was satisfying: the mussels were very fresh and also the halibut was great. The non-fish options were also good. Service was enjoyable but very discreet, which allowed us to have enjoy the night together and we really appreciated that. We had a great time and part of it was thanks to the staff; we asked a couple of pictures and they were really nice and had no problem doing that. We would just give a couple tips for the restaurant. We thought that it would be great to implement tablecloths on the restaurant’s tables to make it even nicer than it already is. A second tip is to offer some type of discount or a small tasting of another dish if the item requested by costumers is no longer available or cannot be prepared. Other than that our experience was very satisfying.More infoMoshuluPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Penn's Landing•4.6

- SSarahVIPPhiladelphia County •154 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 25, 2024Very much enjoyed our Monday-evening dinner with friends. On a Monday evening, it was quieter toward the front, but the back room was energetic. The decorations were festive, perhaps for the holidays, perhaps year-round--we'll have to return to find out! Service was terrific and the food delicious. We shared: - Guacamole de la casa (3 guacamoles: mango, spicy, and regular), each of which were tasty and everyone had a different favorite! - Chips con 3 salsas (red, green, and borracha), each of which were tasty and I couldn't pick a favorite! Two diners had the Quesabirrias tacos and one the Lengua tacos--everyone was pleased with their order. I tried the Carne Asada from the grill and while the sweet plantains were prepared in a drier/crispier style than I prefer, the meat was perfectly seasoned. We shared an order of churros and tres leches cake--the latter was drier than expected, but the 3 churro-lovers thought they were terrific (crispy on the outside, softer on the inside).More infoTamalex Bar & GrillPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Society Hill•4.7
