Best Seasonal Restaurants in Summerlin

We visited Al Solito Posto for the first time for Valentine's Day dinner 2025. We arrived much earlier than our reservation, so we spent some time at the bar prior to dining. The cocktails were excellent, the bartenders were friendly, engaging and funny. After a much shorter wait than anticipated, our table was ready. We were sat in a comfortable and spacious booth, and greeted immediately by our server, Jenner. Simply put, Jenner was excellent and elevated every aspect of our experience. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu, willing to share his opinions and input when requested, and his recommendations were spot on. Jenner had a great balance of professionalism, humor, and friendliness. He was by frequently, but didn't linger at the table too long. He was one of the best servers that we have experienced in our years in Las Vegas. The food was excellent as well. We started with the squash blossoms which were lightly breaded and generously filled with cheese. For entrees we had the Malfadine (cacio e pepe) and the pappardelle (and added 2 meatballs per Jenner's recommendation). Both plates were excellent with robust flavor and great texture. We finished with Tiramisu dessert which was light and flavorful. All dishes were beautifully plated, and the coursing of the meal was perfect. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back.

Our experience was made by both the hostess stand greeting us and taking us to our table right when we arrived, along with all other service throughout the night! Everyone was friendly and kind, making it a great Valentine’s Day experience. Our server, Jonathan, greeted us right away and had great timing on delivery of all our corses. Both of our steaks were under, and the risotto was cold, but Jonathan did a great job helping us feel validated and correcting both errors quickly. He had the manager, Sean, deliver them to us once they were done, and he waited to make sure we were happy with the temp, which we were. Jonathan, Sean, and the hostess team really shined for us!

I cannot rave about this precious gem of a restaurant enough. The absolute charm, the utter excellence makes this one of my favorite places to dine in Las Vegas. Chef Gina is a master at her craft and each table has the delight of a view of her doing her thing. The mushroom pasta, the meatballs, the waygu carpaccio, the pesto pizza, uh just perfection. The cocktails are also seamlessly in harmony with the menu, simply delicious. Whether you're with friends or on a romantic date (I've experienced both), you're almost guaranteed to have a memorable experience. Thank you La Strega for being so close to where I live too lol, so that I may have that steak any time I need it again, cause I'll be dreaming of that chimichurri. ❤️

Great experience at the S Rampart Blvd location. The waiter, Trace, was very excellent, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Food quality was great. Enjoyable. Noise wasn’t too loud. Will attend North Italia again. Thank you

Recovering from this cold going around, we had a hankering for PF Changs and visiting with Aimee at the Summerlin location, always does the trick! Aimee is just awesome as a server! Just spot on with everything and so friendly. The food was delish and we were in and out in under an hour. We have all our Oriental friends laugh at us for liking PF Changs, but we think it’s better than anything in Chinatown. Go if you haven’t been!
