- TTomNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoContinues to be my favorite restaurant, bar none. Starting with a consistent warm welcome that makes you feel at home to excellent martinis and wine list that leads to a menu with something for everyone from pasta to seafood, chicken and steaks. I encourage trying the daily specials which offer seasonal appetizers and entrees (many offered as appetizers as well. Florida Rock shrimp risotto and eggplant rolotini both great last night! Attentive staff without hovering. Excellent all around.More infoSaviniPrice: Expensive• Italian• Allendale•4.9
- RReginaVIPNew York City •53 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoExcellent service. I usually dine here for dinner so the lunch menu was new to me although we did start with the Greek salad and saganaki, which are staple go to apps. Both were prepared very well and consistent with past visits. I tried the fish and chips for the first time and while it was good, I thought the price was a bit steep for just one moderate size piece of fried sea bass. The platter was filled mostly with a basket of fries and accompaniments like shredded lettuce, a sliced tomato and asparagus. For the price I would stick with their simply grilled fish options, which is what I usually order for dinner. We tried the almond cake for dessert which was tasty and a nice finish to our meal.More infoVarka FishhousePrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Ramsey•4.8
- JJudithNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had stopped visiting Bocuse (although we regularly make the 92 mile drive to the other restaurants and the bakery) due to a bad experience just before Covid. The folks at Bocuse have redeemed themselves, and our experience from welcome reception to paying our bill was top notch. We always enjoy chatting with the students to find out where they are from and what they intend to do in the future. All the students we interacted with were friendly and professional. Our food was plentiful, hot and delicious with a beautiful presentation. The icing on the cake were the chocolates presented with the bill. Thank you to the students and their instructors for this outstanding experience in lunch time dining!More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.8
