Unfortunately, our friend’s steak was over salted, it did not taste good. Suzanne noticed that he wasn’t eating and questioned him. She immediately took the steak back and had a new one prepared. This was my 3rd time there, of course you won't come close to finishing it, but then you will get 2 more dinners out of it. It's not the quantity (although it's grand) it's the seasonings & the juiciness of the pork, unlike I've ever had.
